We do ensure that our staff members always receive proper training before they start offering their services during duty hours. This is mainly crucial for our front-line members as they create the actual impression about our company. We make sure that each member of the staff knows their job properly i.e. how to clean any kind of dirty surface, and gets to understand the values which is followed sincerely by our company.
Many of our staff receives educational training from us. Our orientation programme is attended by all our cleaning staff. In this kind of orientation programs, they are taught about our policies, procedures and they are instilled with a sense of commitment for their jobs and the customers.
